In the beginning there was God😇... And God😇 created🙌 man👱... Everything was Perfect🙏... Then this Girl👩 named Eve Showed up👋... Then the snake🐍 showed up...It told Eve👩 that it was O.K.👌 to eat the fruit🍎 that God😇 said not to eat... Well, Eve👩 ate the fruit🍎 and sin😈 entered👉 the World🌍...God😇 had to come up with a way to get these imperfect😖 people into his perfect👼 heaven... God sent his perfect son👼 in the form of a child👶 down to earth🌎 to Die❌ on a cross➕ for the sins of the world🌏... So now👇 because of Gods Undying🙅 love❤ for us we👭👫👬 have a way⬆ to get to heaven😄... all you have to do is Pray🙏 to receive Christ as Lord... Jesus loves❤ you and that's all that really matters... MIND BLOWN💥💥💥

Madison,

I just stumbled across your emoji "gospel". First of all, very cool idea! It will definitely capture people's attention and cause them to read something that they may otherwise not have looked at. So, awesome job finding a way to get people to read this.

Second, as Christians, we need to be able to share the truth in love. We need to be able to teach and correct one another for their own good. We also need to be able to accept those corrections from fellow Christians. With that being said, I wanted to share with you what the Bible says about accepting the salvation made available by God through Christ's sacrifice on the cross.

First of all, one must hear the gospel, believe it, repent of their sinful lifestyle, confess their belief that Jesus is the Christ the Son of the Living God, and then be immersed (baptized) for the forgiveness of sin and the gift of the Holy Spirit. That's just the beginning. At that point, one has become a Christian and the Lord adds that person to the Church (His body).

So what is a Christian? This is SO important for people to understand in this day and age because so many people think all you do is say a prayer and you're saved. The Bible doesn't say that. No Acts, chapter 11, and at the end of verse 26, the Bible says "... and the disciples were first called Christians in Antioch." So, we can see what a Christian is. A Christian is a disciple. A disciple is a learner or follower. So, then flip your Bible over to Luke 6:40 - "A pupil is not above his teacher; but everyone, after he has been fully trained, will be like his teacher." The in the word Christian, the "ian" denotes ownership. We, who are Christians, belong to Christ. We are disciples of Christ. That means we are learners for followers of Christ. And as we saw in Luke 6:40, we are to be training to be like our teacher, that is Jesus Christ.

So, there is more involved in BECOMING a Christian than your "gospel" message shared. There actually isn't any sort of prayer in the Bible given to accept salvation.

And then, there is so much more to the remaining LIFE of a Christian here on earth.

Again, my intent is to share the truth in gentleness and love. So, I hope you understand that. I hope this message is enlightening. It is not my intent to upset you and come across as rude. I love you and hope to see you in Heaven!
